North Park Residences, part of the upcoming Northpoint City, opened its showflat to the public on Saturday, attracting over 4,000 visitors over the past weekend, revealed developer Frasers Centrepoint Limited (FCL).
But no update was given on how many buyers registered their interest for the residential units as FCL feels it is still too early to share such data. The official launch will be later this month.
Comprising one- to five-bedrooms from 431 sq ft to 1,432 sq ft, prices start at around $600,000 according to listing details on PropertyGuru.
Located in Yishun Central, the 99-year leasehold project comprises 920 units and will be directly linked to Yishun MRT station.
To be completed by 2018, Northpoint City is slated to be the largest integrated development in northern Singapore, offering over 500 retail and dining options, more than double the current retail stores at Northpoint Shopping Centre.
