2. To telegraphic transfer 15% of purchase price in *Foreign currency within 3 working days to developer’s account
3. Upon receiving 15% payment, developer to prepare SPA for buyer endorsement (about 3 weeks time)
4. Buyer to settle balances of 85% payment upon TOP

** All payments are to be transferred through a bank in Foreign currency only (NO Thai baht), instruction to the bank is the funds have to reach Thailand in Foreign currency. This is so that the receiving bank in Thailand is able to issue a FET slip to prove the funds came from overseas.
