Affinity At Serangoon at Serangoon North Avenue 1 is a new launch condominium by joint venture firm Oxley Serangoon, comprises partners including Oxley Holdings, Lian Beng Group, Apricot Capital and entities of KSH Holdings and Heeton Holdings. The former privatised HUDC estate Serangoon Ville was sold for $499 million. Sitting on a 296,913 sq ft triangular-shaped plot, it was privatised in 2014 and has 69 years of its lease left. The consortium has to pay $195 million in estimated charges to top up the lease to 99 years and intensify the land use. It is near the Australian International School and the popular Rosyth School.
Affinity At Serangoon is made up of 7 blocks of 14-storey residential buildings. There will be a total of 1012 condominium units from 1 bedroom to 4 plus study units, 40 strata houses and 5 commercial shops.
